pheww 3 sets of fartlek training at varsity lake..huhuhhuh..my fats burnt particularly at my gluteus maximus(BUTT@ASS LO)..lol..after such a long time im running with full force..and my leg cramped..any1 can give me a good massage?huahuahua...mengada-ngada rite?yesterday shuba told no training for the whole week so i tak mahu give reasons not to train!!no reasons are good reasons!!

let me tell you all about this little monkey!!at training i dont really layan any1 there yeah la for what right..not good to be kepochi ma..so i show my fierce face..and most of the junior girls think im sombong..so sad..sob sob sob..well kerri oso thought that rite??!!but at chat room punya la kecoh both of us not as kecoh as the girls la..thats for sure!!she is cute and she looks like mickey mouse with her rabbit teeth!!she loves cars and i mean sports car!!hey kerri check out the latest model from aston martin and BMW M6!cool la M6 can reach 60KM/H in 4 seconds!!!that is super fucking shit fast leh!!

i started to chat with her few months back and i love chatting with her...both of us can chat from logical point till things that dont make sense..(she always start with the nonsense!)..hahahah..
crazy maniac of man utd fan!!in fact both of us are fanatic fan of the devils!!she have extreme flexibility which i go wow when she split!!but kugen always cover macho..one thing that she dont realise is i always watch her in training and give her feedback on her progress!Karate is her passion i can feel it from her!!don underestimate her..i mean don worry she wont kick you out but she will bang you with words straight to your face!!tak da percaya cuba la sekali pasti nak lagi!!her fire for the past junior makaf was so great but she didnt make it but im proud of her and give credict to her cause of her dedication and hardwork!kerri believe in yourself you will shine one day..chase for that day!!gambate(imagine kugen with cheerleading costume)hahaha..

hey kerri im still wondering tau how come you not growing huh?Duh at least put on some weight yar..even the cicak look better than you la sayang..if you enter cicak idol or miss teen cicak sure kalah cirit birit!!huahuahuahuahua..why not you eat calciyum and drink weight gain may be can see some progress..still cannot ill sumbat you in tin sardin!!nak tak??
